At Edifier, we are committed to providing high-quality audio experiences; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all accessories included to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Edifier account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and submit an RMA request.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your audio equipment in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective foam are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
